Bucciferro Family McDonald's

What is this mcdonald's 😭 At 10 32, I went here to get 2 orders. My free cheeseburger, and my second was 2 frappe. We waited until 10 54. We let the woman at the speaker know we were placing 2 orders, but they were small. She said no, only one order, then you can pull around and order again. My boyfriend and I both worked mcdonald's up until 3 months ago. Its easy to do a multi order. She stated she was understaffed, we said we understand, but its just one cheeseburger on the other one ( I used to work with only myself and one other person in mcdonald's, and again, this is not hard.) She was rude repeated how she won't do 2 orders (Bull.) Again, we said its just a cheeseburger- we already waited 20 min. Please just add it. She raised her voice and said no, and told us shes canceling our actual order and to leave. Really rude. First time ive ever actually been mad at a fast food worker, as most scenarios i can understand... UPDATE- just found out its open 24 hours- WHAT? yall just lazy here. Get a new night crew. I could never have my customers waiting that long when I only had one worker ( I was a manager) not to mention the terrible service once you get up there.

I just went shopping, and look at these horrible burgers—the taste is disgusting, and the way they look is even worse; this has never happened to me before.🤮🤮🤮🤢

There was hair in my food and staff lied about having no more ice when I asked for a small cup of ice for my orange juice…. It’s not coming out of their paycheck so I was confused on why they couldn’t just fix a small cup of ice…I would’ve even paid for it. If they were completely out of ice I think they should’ve told me as I was ordering or they should’ve had a sign up that they aren’t serving smoothies, iced coffees etc. all other drinks that require ice. Also I came at 7:30 a.m and you’re out of ice already when half of customers are going to order a drink that requires ice? You just opened. It was a lie and I’m very disgusted by the lack of customer service I’ve received.

Ordered through the mobile app and got 2 large meals, so it’s supposed to have 2 large fries, but I got only mediums. I tried calling multiple times and calls are getting ignored. I’ve previously worked at McDonald’s, so I understand how fast paced it is, but it’s not so difficult that you can’t look at a receipt for 2 seconds and read the word “large”. If it was once then that’d be whatever, but it isn’t the first time. Evening crews never care, and it’s evident in how they work

The manager is not running the front register. Gatekeeping on when and how long before she takes orders. Too busy doing drive thru. Not worrying about customers inside store.
